A Pastoral Marquee is what happens when you take a clear span tent and wrap it in floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls.
The result looks like a permanent glass building — but goes up in a week and comes down just as fast. This is exactly what a Mexico wedding venue did: two configurations, a PM25m and a PM30m, handling everything from 300-guest dinners to cocktail hours and corporate launches.
The Frame: No Columns, All View
The aluminum alloy frame spans 25 or 30 meters with zero interior columns. Tables, stage, dance floor — everything goes wherever you want. Height runs 7.2 to 9.6 meters at the peak. The Mexico venue runs PM30m for dinner and PM25m for cocktails, side by side under one roof line. Check our tent types overview for other span options.

The Glass: Crystal Palace, Not Canvas
Tempered safety glass panels wrap all four sides. During the day, you see gardens, coastline, the landscape. At night, uplighting hits the glass and the whole tent turns into a glowing landmark — what clients call a crystal palace tent. The roof is translucent PVC fabric that blocks harsh sun but lets daylight through. Evening lights glow through the ceiling like a lantern. Wall options include glass lattice panels, vintage doors, and operable windows.
The two tents connect via a covered walkway. PM30m seats 300 for dinner with a stage, dance floor, and bar. PM25m holds 150–200 for cocktails and overflow. Guests never step outside. From the parking lot, the matching glass-and-aluminum design reads as one unified venue. More examples in our party tent case studies.

A full install — frame, glass, floor, electric, lighting — took about a week. A permanent glass pavilion of this size runs six months minimum and costs multiples more. The tent is modular: add bays later, remove them if needs change, relocate entirely if the venue moves. See all party tent solutions we offer.

FAQ
Q: How do glass walls hold up in storms?
Sealed with rubber gaskets and bolted aluminum frames. The Mexico site sits through tropical thunderstorms every season with zero leaks.
Q: Lead time from order to event-ready?
4–6 weeks to manufacture, 2–3 weeks shipping to North America, 5–7 days on site.
Q: Can I run HVAC inside?
Yes — ducting through the ceiling, operable windows in the glass panels for fresh air. Sealed design holds temperature when climate control is on.
