- Prices are subject to change without notice based on material costs and market conditions
- Custom and made-to-order products may require additional lead time and non-refundable deposits
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
Orders & Payment
- A valid purchase order or contract is required before production begins
- Payment terms are specified in each quotation or invoice
- Orders are not considered accepted until we send written confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at the time of quotation
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
- Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, and import taxes where applicable
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays beyond our control
Returns & Warranty
- Standard aluminum frame structures carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- PVC fabric covers carry a 1-year warranty against material defects
- Custom and modified products may have different warranty terms as specified in the contract
- Returns must be arranged within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a restocking fee
Limitation of Liability
Party Tents for Sale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or damage to property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or arbitration in Zhuhai, Guangdong.
